Amazing hotel in Supaul. Unexpected to have this kind of 5 star rooms (suite+premium) in an area like Supaul. Rooms are clean,beds are super comfortable, and their service is 1st class as well.Washroom fittings are jaguar and is super clean as well. These segments of rooms are newly renovated by them. Our stay was very comfortable throughout, we are looking forward for furthermore stays whenever we come to Supaul. Best if you are looking for 5 star hotel kind of facilities.

Very disappointing experience overall. The receptionist was extremely rude without any reason. Even when spoken to politely, his behavior remained disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service is the first point of interaction, and such conduct completely ruins the experience. If this issue is not addressed, it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Unfortunately, because of this behavior, I cannot recommend this place. Service: 1

Even if everything is good, the rude receptionist ruins everything, that guys is default rude and uselessly makes claim which is unwarranted to someone who is nice to him. Just talk to him and you will curse yourself. This is applicable every time you talk. Only for that guy, the rating is so poor. Service: 1
