I recently dined at Prasanna Hotel, and I must say it left me thoroughly unimpressed. With the word "hotel" in the name, I expected a level of service and quality that this establishment utterly failed to deliver. First, let's talk about the atmosphere. The restaurant felt cramped and outdated. The dim lighting only served to highlight the dinginess of the place. The decor appeared to be straight out of the 1980s, and not in a charming, nostalgic way. It desperately needed a facelift. The menu was uninspiring, to say the least. It was a mishmash of dishes from various cuisines, and it seemed like they were trying to do too much without excelling in any one style of cooking. I decided to play it safe and order a classic chicken curry with rice. What I received was a bland, lukewarm plate of food that lacked any depth of flavor. It was clear that no effort went into seasoning or presentation. The service was equally lackluster. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive. It took ages to get their attention to place my order, and when the food finally arrived, it was evident that it had been hastily prepared. As for the prices, they were surprisingly high given the subpar quality of the food. I expected a more affordable dining experience considering the lackluster atmosphere and service, but Prasanna Hotel seemed to think it could charge a premium for mediocrity. The restroom was another disappointment. It was not well-maintained, and the facilities left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Prasanna Hotel is a place I won't be returning to anytime soon. It fails to live up to its name and offers a dining experience that is far from satisfactory. With so many other dining options available, there's no reason to waste your time and money here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
