If you feel hungry after visiting Quicama National Park, have a meal at this restaurant. Many guests have noticed that masala dosa here is perfectly cooked. If you want to try some great coffee, Hotel New Udupi Palace is a nice choice for you.

Pure vegetarian hotel with non veg items, have you heard a hotel like this? That is Pathanamthitta's new Udupi restaurant. Earlier food was good but now it is below average. The items are overpriced and service is also poor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had the worst experience from the hotel waiter tonight!! Me and my wife drove all the way from Kozhencherry to have dinner from this hotel. When waiter came to take order, we asked for Veg. Biriyani and he said it is not available and only Dosa is available. We ordered two dosas and waiter served it after few minutes. After this he didn't come to our table to serve water, chutney or anything else!! After some time we saw the same waiter serving Veg Biriyani and Fried Rice to the people sitting adjacent to our table. We both had half Dosa and stopped eating. Once the waiter came with bill, I asked him about how he served Veg biriyani to others who came after us!! He was so rude at me and used abusive words on me and my wife.. I said I am going to report this to the manager and he said you do whatever you want and I never mind it. He was not even willing to say sorry to me and my wife in front of the hotel manager!! I lost my beautiful Sunday night visiting this hotel.. I never visit this hotel again and never recommend this hotel to anyone that I know. Thank you so much Hotel New Udupi Palace.. Bye for ever.. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
