Cooks at this restaurant do their best to provide guests with tasty grilled chicken, fried chicken and chicken leg. New Ruchi HNR is suitable for visitors who have supper in a hurry because they can order dishes as a takeout. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Good service is something clients like here. Most of the time, this place provides you with the enjoyable atmosphere. But this spot hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

We recently visited New Rusi Hotel for dinner with family, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering its reputation and prime location. Firstly, the food was overpriced for the quantity served. The Parotta was decently cooked and acceptable in taste. However, the Fried Rice was served in a curry bowl, which felt quite odd and inappropriate for a main dish. The portion was too small, especially when compared to the price we paid. The overall flavour and quality of the food, particularly the gravy, was disappointing. As a family dining out, we were hoping for a fulfilling and enjoyable meal, but it felt underwhelming in terms of both taste and value for money. Given the hotel’s location and status, we genuinely believe customer satisfaction should be a top priority. A positive experience will not only bring customers back but will also help build your reputation further. We sincerely request the management to look into these issues and make necessary improvements in food quantity, presentation, and taste.
