Few pros and cons 1) They provide cab service to airport. It's not add on service like other hotel. They Never mention it's paid but the cost is double the price of regular taxi. ( Regular taxi : Rs120 to 150) They charged Rs.300. 2) Cleanliness is ok for the price. 3) In reception counter if u reach u have to wait till they finish their chitchat with colleagues. Bit of professionalism is needed. 4) They have all consumables like toilet tissue roll, towel, room slipper etc. but u have to call and ask everything. They won't place it before u enter room. For 2 occupants one towel is placed. Their cost efficiency is at peak. Irritating thing is they reply that we will provide if we call room service. Basic courtesy to keep things prior to guest entry. 5) Food: many items are good. Staff in dinning area is excellent and very nice. Yesterday :Idly is bit hard. Aloo paratha is tyre rubber like hard. Other item is excellent.Today: idly and paneer paratha is super soft. And sambar taste delicious. 6) Seriously tap fittings need replacement: shower is spraying on wall. for bucket bath water leaking from shower head to bucket. 7) Room ambience is good. Noice place to stay. 8) Overall it's decent stay only. But management need to take bit extra effort to make things better.

Hotel NK Grand Park was a convenient stopover choice due to its proximity to Chennai International Airport, just a 5-minute drive away. The rooms were spacious and equipped with modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a tea/coffee maker. The staff were generally cooperative, and the Aroma restaurant served tasty food, especially the seafood platter, which was a highlight. The complimentary airport drop was a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet, though basic, included fresh South Indian options. However, there were some cleanliness issues—my room had a slight odor, and the bathroom could use better maintenance, with a slow drain. The front desk service was inconsistent; some staff were helpful, while others seemed rushed. The ongoing bridge construction nearby made access a bit tricky. It’s a decent option for a short stay near the airport, but improvements in hygiene and service could make it better. Service: 4
