"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Hotel Millenia Regency Lucknow on October 22, 2024. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet my expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the location was not as advertised and was a letdown. Moreover, the absence of a bell boy during the night was inconvenient and unacceptable. Upon entering my room, I was appalled to find it in a deplorable state. The floor was sticky, and the room was dirty. Despite multiple complaints, the housekeeping team was inadequately equipped to address these issues. To add insult to injury, when I requested water from the front desk, it was not provided until I checked out. This level of service is unacceptable. My experience at Hotel Millenia Regency was subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel needs to seriously address these issues to improve the quality of service they provide
