This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. As soon as I entered the bathroom, there were several mosquitoes, a clear sign of inadequate hygiene. The overall cleaning of the space left much to be desired. The breakfast was extremely bland and disappointing, and the water provided wasn’t even sealed, raising serious concerns about hygiene and safety. To make matters worse, the receptionist, Ketan Mane, was unreasonably arrogant and disrespectful to guests. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, which was completely lacking. Would absolutely not recommend staying here.
