One of the worst hotel service in city like Jaipur Choose carefully if you are booking more than one night

Cleanliness Issues: "The room was not up to standard in terms of cleanliness. the bathroom floor hadn’t been properly cleaned, which made our stay uncomfortable." Poor Service: "The staff was unresponsive and seemed disinterested when we approached them with concerns about [specific issue, e.g., Wi-Fi not working]. It took multiple requests to get assistance, which was frustrating." Misleading Amenities: "The hotel advertised a [specific amenity, e.g., pool or gym], but it was either under maintenance or not as described. This was disappointing, as it influenced our decision to book." Overpriced Experience: "For the price charged, the overall experience didn’t match expectations. The room was outdated, and basic amenities like [e.g., toiletries or Wi-Fi] were either missing or subpar." Maintenance Issues: "There were several maintenance problems. Check-in/Check-out Issues: "The check-in process was chaotic, with long wait times and disorganized staff. It set a negative tone for the entire stay."

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. The property is under maintenance, yet they are still taking bookings without informing guests. The lift was not working during my stay, making it extremely inconvenient, especially for families and elderly people. The swimming pool has been closed for about a month and is filled with garbage – very unhygienic and unpleasant to look at. The food quality was very poor and disappointing. Even the basic amenities were not functional – the room phone was not working, making it impossible to call for service. To add to the inconvenience, there is no proper parking facility available. Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Magenta to anyone. The management should focus on completing maintenance and providing at least the basic services before charging customers. Definitely not worth the money. Service: 1
