I recently visited this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The food quality was subpar, and the service was extremely slow. We ordered a simple kushka and kabab, but it took over an hour to be served. When we inquired, it seemed like they were taking their time rather than warming up the food. To add to the disappointment, they served half a kushka when we had ordered a full one, which led to an unpleasant exchange with the staff. The billing was also inconsistent, with two different amounts quoted at different times. Given this experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious and perhaps raise their concerns with the hotel or restaurant administration to ensure better serving.
