Maharaja Kathiyawadi Dhaba – Tasty Pure Veg Treat! A great pure veg dhaba for enjoying authentic Kathiyawadi food! The must-try dishes are Shev Bhaji, especially Dudh Shev Bhaji and Tadka Shev Bhaji – absolutely flavorful and delicious! The overall taste of the food is really good. There's a large parking area, which is a plus, but on Sundays and holidays, it's usually packed. Also, due to the heavy crowd on weekends, the waiting time can go beyond 30 minutes, and the service tends to slow down. Best to visit on weekdays for a smoother experience. Worth it for the taste!
