Very poor experience with hotel...I was a regular customer of the hotel, but the owner's behavior is very rude and he does not care about customer's feedback. If you give any suggestion then owner will take it personally and starts quarrelling with you. They also make you pay more amount than that of menu card.
Overall they need to improve a lot.
