Earlier i used to visit this place on weekly basis but yesterday I visited this venue after 4-5 years and atmosphere has changed a lot. The area was not properly cleaned. It was feeling suffocating and AC was also not working. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400

I always order from domino’s but my last many experiences have left me feeling in a dilemma if I should stop purchasing from this store altogether. The food I receive in dine-in is fine. But whenever I order online the food quality is far cheaper for the same rates. Whenever I try to complain or anything, neither the store responds not the customer service. Ever. Day before yesterday I received a cold and completely ruined order and despite many tries to contact the store for replacement, nothing worked. I registered a complaint last time, this time, twice. No one reached out. Even when the customer service calls , the line’s faulty and it itself hangs up when I pick up. Really disappointed dominos, i hope you do something about this.
