I booked the room for the night and wanted to eat something from the KFC. When the delivery guy from the KFC arrived the guy at the reception was rude and did not allowed the food to be delivered to my room. He even talked in a rude manner to me when i said to allow me for my food. How strange. Is this the hospitality we expect from hotels for which you r paying Rs 4000 per day. Service: 1
