I got the phone by some random thief who came on a bike wearing a helmet and kept it on top of varsha's(GM Hotel Heritage Embassy) car. that thief just happened to know which was her car. After receiving a call from varsha that she has found my phone i went to the hotel. Although she said she would like to find out who was the thief she showed a very bad attitude saying "ab toh phone mil gaya hai na" when i said it was really bad experience.
I had asked for CCTV footage (which by the way GM does not know how to take out) was not given to me.Giving all types of lame excuses. I seriously feel they must have found out who was it and it was all a ploy. I demand an Investigation on this matter by the heads of the Management!
