Rating: 10/10 would bark again. Hi, I’m Zipper aka Zippopotamus aka Zippo the hippo. I’m 8 years old (almost), part Labrador, part hippo (according to my vet and my belly), and this week... I lived the dream. I walked into this dog café thinking it was just another place where hooman gets coffee, I get crumbs. But no. This was different. THEY. GAVE. ME. A. MENU. Let me say that again. A MENU. For ME. With real food. That I was allowed to order. IN PUBLIC!! I almost cried. My tail did a full 360° wag. I ordered the chicken as a natural pick and they were chef’s kiss My human had something that smelled like Hakka noodles, Fried rice and prawns. She wouldn’t share (rude), but she said it was incredible. The staff told me I was a “very good boy” (correct) and even gave me plenty of head scratches. And then... I saw her A husky. I think her name was Bounty?! Hard to say, I blacked out for a second when she looked at me. I ordered birthday cake for my two goldens from them. They said it would be a whole wheat based cake but it was clearly mixed with maida -all white, gluteny, and chewy. The sweetness was also not from honey as claimed. It was too sweet, probably just plain sugar. It is ok if they do such things with human food but for pet food they shouldn’t tweak around with the ingredients as it may cause serious illness. I shall never order from them again. The cafe was great with cute environment and the servings (Ms sima) provided us was good and kind.. had a great afternoon there..
