New hotel. Rooms are big, neat and well maintained. Service is good. Complimentary breakfast is good. Veg food is not up to the mark. Veg biryani and Panner Butter masala below average. Service and ambience are very good. Can give 5 star, if room shape is square or rectangle as I got a room with extended corner like triangle...bit dissatisfaction.. Service: 5

Hotel Floral Palace at Kottayam is very good for staying, for food, for meetings, and for functions. Neat & clean rooms. Banquet hall for 100+ people and extendable room for larger gatherings. Good for partying, celebrations, and business meetings. Parking is available. The location is in the centre of the town, near to Kottayam Collectorate Junction. We had a pre-wedding celebration "Sangeet & Mehendi" ceremony for my daughter's wedding in the hall of Floral Palace. The national & international wedding guests were accommodated in the hotel. Our experience was very good. Service: 5
