Don't book this hotel. Very non cooperative staff. Staff doesn't even know how to talk properly being in hospitality sector. First they decrease their hotel prices stating last minute deals etc on hotel booking websites then after booking they force you to cancel it saying in this price rooms are not available. If you don't agree then they give several non sense excuses stating our hotel is only for couples and stags are not allowed. Is this a club or a hotel ? or they gonna say we are full and can't accommodate you and it's gonna be a waste of time if you will come to hotel, we will not allow you to check. If they have to do all this only then why they accept bookings. This is merely a humiliation for customers. Service: 1
