I stayed with my family from 12 to 15 February 2024. I have booked the hotel online thus, couldn't change the stay as it was prepaid and non refundable too. Their rooms are not clean in which dust falls from the fan and roof to the bed. Secondly they don't accept cards for payment. It became so inconvenient for us to make payments as we don't use UPI because we are staying outside India. Puri is such a wonderful place where we found maximum people who were friendly and helpful except the guy we found in the reception of hotel Ashray. The lady sitting there was really polite and trying to help the customers for any inconveniences but the man was so rude that it made our stay so worse. I hope Jagannath Mahaprabhu blesses all with some kindness and understanding. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 2
