Do not leave without eating perfectly cooked fish. This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will pay reasonable prices for your meal. As many visitors affirm, the decor of Hotel Ashray is good. This place is ranked 4 within the Google grading system.

Very very bad experience with agoda site. It's a fraud scheme. The agent was pay the money in advance and after when we visit the hotel the booking was automatically cancelled. This was a very bad experience. Please don't book any one from agoda or goroomgo pvt ltd company. Service: 1

I had a really amazing stay at hotel Ashray. We booked this hotel for 4 nights for me and my family. We had balcony in our room and the view is just so amazing because of the shankaracharya matha. Everyday we woke up with the chanting of religion song and aarti held at the temple. It was such a mesmerizing feeling. In the hotel there is a small pond where u will see 2 cute swam, turtle and fishes. Seeing those playing, from the balcony feels so relaxing. Room service is super awesome. Just a call and they were at ur service. We had all of our meals at the hotel itself as the food is really delicious and that too without onion garlic. Though u can have non-veg food also but that will be served at ur room only. So at dinner we tried their non-veg food as well which is equally delicious. The owner and manager is super friendly and helped us in any kind of help we needed. They also have transport facility so we visited to Konark, Lingaraj temple, Nandankanan zoo and various other places using their transport only. I enquired about the transport from 2-3 people as well and I found the prices are reasonable so we opted hotel transport as we felt it safe. Jagannath temple and sea beach is just in walking distance. Railway station is just 15 mins away making it easy accessible to most of the places. The roads are very narrow due to which parking is bit difficult especially 4 wheeler. Also due to narrow lanes the area is prone to frequent traffic jams, which is the reason we preferred walking as the rickshaw will charge minimum 150 rupees for 5 mins distance. The WiFi connection needs to be improved as well. So my overall experience is totally worth. Service: 5
