An acceptable well located budget hotel. Basic facilities. Was no doubt once a nice place, now old and poorly maintained. That said the AC worked as did bathroom facilities, except no hot water, geyser not functional. Service: 2

Our train was late so thought we may stay one night in hotel and tell you what it was Worst hotel I have ever been stayed. Beds are not comfortable at all. Torn bed sheet where placed in room. We were triple occupancy and they just provide 1 towel. Water won't be pre-placed in your room need to ask and should wait for more than 30 minutes for RO water. The management should provide atleast pre-placed RO water in room. At least should provide hand wash in bathroom. Whole night we won't be able to sleep as bed bugs were there for compny. One thing I really like is I had asked them for hot water for my baby and they provided rather than that geyser was not working in hotel. Team why are you calling it hotel to spoil hotel names and reputation. Your most of the people's are looking for tips only and they don't hesitate to ask you for tips(mostly the Bell boys). I thought it's there job to take our luggage to room and assist from room to lobby but no I was wrong there job is took your luggage and ask for tips. I thought they are getting salaried for there job but no they want extra apart from room rent. Very next day when I came to check out in reception I told everything to the mannerless receptionist but no she don't had time to listen she simply said go and give your review on online. Management people if you don't know what is hotel & hospitality then you have only purpose to open the hotel !!making money!!! But make money yar that's business but don't make this way. People won't came back again once they will check out and it was not my last time in Cuttac I will surely come but not in your hotel. Thank you. Service: 1
