Today morning me and my daughter went to have breakfast after temple visit and i ordered 1 butter roast and ghee roast and 2 coffee told 2 vada as parcel only and the staff first gave 2 cofee i thought the usual. Procedure of bringinging breakfast and in the middle they used to bring coffee have changed in their hotel. And when we just pour the cofee supplier came with a bill and then i asked him why he is not serving breakfast then he said he thought all was parcel and he went and took the breakfast items i ordered he took the packed dosa and served us ( we know how we get dosa by swiggy or zomato packed the same way) from the parcel packet. It was cold.The staff dont even notice the customers if only ladies comes without a male person and when i made it notice to the person in cash he telling he is not authorised to take any decision but will intimate the owners and will talk to staff. There are some elderly staff stands looking only for executives or family group. The important thing is that before i started eating my dosa he brought bill as if ill leave without paying.i noticed bill was served to all after the completed their food. I suggest that an authorised person should present at hotel and give direction to staff to attend all the customers and serve curry who need it. Long trip people depend this hotel in vyttila junction. As a localite im getting this treatment.Very bad experience. Service: 1

Went to this veg resturant. Not clean. Food quality very low. Expensive compared with other good vegetarian hotel's in the city. Requesting owner to visit nearby veg hotels in Kochi & Thripunithura Service: 1

Your typical south indian restaurant. Hotel Anugraha offers all the usual South Indian delicacies. Their food is pretty good and the service is really good. They have a variety of snacks both sweet and savoury. Overall a pretty good place.
