I have been visiting this place for about 5 years now. It's run by a lady from Shimla. The food for me is amazing. Typical home cooked pahadi food. And she is serving the veg thali at a very economical price of Rs. 80, it was 60 till recently. She also serves fish and chicken thali. But my favourites are her vegetable preparations. Simply outstanding. Now don't ask me about the atmosphere. It is very basic, located right in the Birla slums. But I'll vouch for the hygiene. I have walked inside the kitchen and the lady maintains it spic and span. It's my go to once in a while when I want to eat light. It also serves breakfast items. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
