The key aspect of this restaurant is the Vegetarian cuisine. Many people visit Akshaya to taste good vada, bhaji and sambar. The competent staff welcomes people all year round.     I recently had the pleasure of dining at Akshaya Hotel near Courtralam, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the fluffy Parotta, which was the best I've had in town. Additionally, the Ghee Roast comes highly recommended—it was absolutely delicious. If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience.
