I had Thalassery Dum Biriyani and it was genuinely a treat. The biriyani offered a truly authentic taste—richly spiced yet perfectly balanced, just as it should be. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender, which is often the make-or-break for a good biriyani, and Hotbox Kitchen absolutely nailed it. A special touch that elevated the meal was the inclusion of the complementary Paasam (payasam) and Suleimani tea. It's rare to get such thoughtful additions, and they capped off the entire experience beautifully.
