Accidentally i was visited in first time .i shoked that prices.all food is not worth .i hate that restaurant Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

Worst Experience ever in my life. Since am food lover , i taste every food from different restaurantToday it was my bad day it seems.Today for my family get-together we decided to buy food from outside today. Gone to kuttiady for checking the restaurants. Almost every Resturants was closed since it's RamazanThere was a restaurant named " HOT BAKE" Opposite to Kuttiady town petrol PumpThe person wearing Spex was sitting in front desk said there is great ALFAHAMS. So thought of tasting it. Ordered One full ALFAHAMS portion and one Quarter and 3 Wheat Porotta and 10 normal PorattasWithin 10 minutes food was ready, i was surprised and yeah ok fast service it seems.After breaking the fasting me and my family started eating food. From the beginning while tasting the ALFAHAMS i got taste diffrence, thought was some masala smell something or taste. Later from the table my dad, mom and Bhabi was like Chicken is smelling something bad. There was disgusting smell while inside and it was my worst and very bad experience in my life ever . The RESTUARANT served or parceled us the bad chicken and not fresh it seems.I took the number from the bill and called the RESTUARANT saying the chicken is smelling very bad , we couldn't eat. The person who was on the call was arguing with me that's there is no chance of smell. I don't know what management is undergoing in that RESTUARANT. If one customer is complaining like this, they should check whats the issue firstly , but the person was arguing. The Person said they are serving FROZEN CHICKEN here because frozen only comes with skin. Ok if FROZEN also there will an expired date in that and if it is not stored properly in deep freezer chicken will have complaintI didn't buy this food for free, it my right to get the fresh and good chicken since am paying my money for itNever Recommend this RESTURANT to anybody, since they sever like this chickenI will definitely complaint against this restuarant to the food and safety department Kerala and FSSAI too. This restaurant should be monitoring or else people's health wi be in Trouble
