Good quality and very good taste no doubt, but unfortunately hygiene was compromised. The person serving was scooping the ice cream without wearing gloves, his fingers and thumb touching the Ice cream, I politely asked him to wear gloves so he just snapped and said I am alone at the counter managing to serve the costumers and operating the computer and I cannot keep wearing and removing the gloves and if you have a problem speak to the manager. So I request the team to be a bit polite and maintain a standard of hygiene.Thank you.

Such a boring biryani they didn't even sent onions with biryani. wasn't expecting such taste and service from hocco eatery
