It's a budget friendly place to go out with your friends or family. The thing I don't like is that service is not too good. I went there with 10 people and they could not handle 10 people very well. We had to wait for breads and again for bowls and other things. Atmosphere is also okay. But the taste was good. That's why giving 4 out of 5. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

I am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase from Hira sweet. We found a sursuli (insect) inside our mithai box, which is completely unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about your hygiene, quality control, and basic food safety. Such carelessness is a potential health risk for customers. I strongly urge you to review your production and packaging processes immediately and take strict action to prevent this from happening again. I will be warning others about this experience, and unless I see evidence of improvement, I cannot recommend your shop to anyone looking for quality sweets. Extremely disappointing experience! Visited Hira Sweets (Meerut) today and was shocked by the poor hygiene arrangements. The handwashing area is on the 3rd floor, while the restaurant operates from the ground floor. The lift was either not working or always busy — I had to wait 3–5 minutes and then climb 3 floors just to wash my hands. This is not just inconvenient — it shows a complete lack of concern for basic hygiene. Even worse, I had visited around 3–4 months ago, and the same issue was there. Clearly, the management is not interested in fixing it. As for the food — below average and absolutely not worth the hype or the price. A restaurant that ignores hygiene and serves mediocre food does not deserve its reputation. Definitely not recommended unless serious improvements are made. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
