We had a peaceful and refreshing 5-day stay at Sattvaa Wellness Resort. The property is surrounded by lush trees, flowers, and greenery—it truly feels like you're living inside nature. It’s quiet, clean, and just a short walk from Mandrem Beach. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with reliable internet throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful Ganesha temple within the property—it added a calm and spiritual vibe. A big thanks to Neha and Nitin, the warm and helpful hosts who went out of their way to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. They arranged taxis and even helped us rent a car and scooty with zero hassle. If you’re looking for a nature-filled, serene escape in Goa with wonderful hosts and a perfect location, this place is highly recommended.

I booked for two nights ahead of a long India visit prior to my rental being ready. As luck would have it my flight was hours late, but I’d been assured they had staff around the clock. I arrived at HP at 4am, which was dark and deserted with no one around or awake. I sat on my suitcase in the driveway until 7am when the first employee appeared. Had I booked for just one night I would have had about 3 hours in a room for my first ‘night’. A nice gesture WOULD have been to offset the first night by some percentage to at least show you were guest oriented since the room hadn’t been used. But no such show of hospitality. I paid 160 usd for nights. Upon leaving, I was waiting at the main road for my taxi and an employee drove down the driveway on a scooter to ask if I paid 150 rupees for the cup of coffee I’d taken earlier that morning. I assumed the tiny espresso cup of coffee was a comp. All around it felt like a big money grab cloaked in wellness and holistic vibes. Isn’t part of true wellness not cheating your guests??
