I had booked a suite room at hotel Highway gardens a few days ago. I had more negatives with my stay there than positives. The food aspect there especially at their restaurant kettuvallom was nice. But other than that all were downsides. The room we had booked had a malfunctioning flush and water supply was the worst. The room looked old and rusty as though it hadn't been used in ages. The thing that infuriated me the most was the behaviour their staff had towards their customers. It was unacceptable. The staff especially at the reception had frequently pestered my mother after returning from the restaurant saying we had not paid our laundry bill. It was completely unacceptable as it was their responsibility to check if their customers had paid the bill before leaving their property. The laundry charges were very high showing exemplary charges. We never had to experience such a worse situation while staying in Kochi before. Service: 1
