I had an extremely disappointing experience at [Heritage Cafe & Grill Restaurant ] due to the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a lack of courtesy and indifference. The server displayed a dismissive attitude, ignored my requests, and showed a complete disregard for basic courtesy. The overall dining experience was subpar, with mediocre food and a hostile environment created by the staff's arguments. I cannot recommend [Heritage Cafe & Grill Restaurant ] to anyone, as the management has failed to maintain a standard of excellence and customer respect.
