Tucked away in the heart of Anjuna, Hello Sunshine is a charming little cafe that completely surprised me.The service was genuinely warm and attentive, which made the experience even better. Now coming to the food — I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy the healthy options so much, but their smoothie bowls and toasts were incredibly fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented.What really stood out though?
