I tried the Usal Poha from Head Sahab ke Pohe, and it was really good! It’s not a proper shop, just a small roadside stall, so don’t expect any seating arrangement. The Usal Poha was flavorful — it had chole, paneer, and even curd mixed in, which made it unique. The stall is located on Greater Kailash Road, near Apna Sweets, and operates only in the mornings till around 11:30 AM. They usually start by 7:30 AM. I was charged 40 rupees for one plate, quantity was more than enough for one person. Definitely worth trying if you’re in Indore!
