Very disappointing experience! When I visited this ice cream parlor with my friends, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as we entered, we asked about the available faloodas and other items, but the person there didn’t even bother to respond. He completely ignored us and showed no interest in taking our order. We waited for some time, but there was no response at all. Finally, we just left the shop. It was honestly the worst experience — no customer should be treated like that. Very disappointing service!
