This is not the first time I visited this chain of restaurants. But the worst experience ever. I ordered one amritsari kulcha ...that was fine but first they took way too much time to bring Rajmah Chawal and the moment I took the first bite i was stunt by the terrible taste of that dish... I was about to spit it out ...I asked someone to bring some salt because there was no salt at all... It was not Fully cooked....it was worse then some roadside dhabba ....I was shocked to see the behaviour of the staff after I complained about it ...they were like " Hum pack krr dete hai " animals won't even eat that....even after all this a lady told me that I have to pay because they have generated the bill....and I had to pay the amount for that garbage food.....this is extremely disheartening and selfish behaviour..I had to pay the same amount to eat somewhere else....this is my formal complaint ki agr mene ek he bite khaa k khana vapis bhijwa diya toh mujhse pay kyun karwaya gya... I will file a consumer count complaint.....for this ....your Haveli has dropped the taste standards and customer satisfaction standards...shame of this chain Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had a wonderful experience at Solan Haweli. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The Food: Absolutely delicious. The flavors are authentic, and everything we ordered was fresh and served hot. The Staff: The team here is incredibly polite and welcoming. They make you feel right at home the moment you walk in.
