We had placed an order with them for a very special occasion, and expected nothing short of what they had promised. We specifically chose one of the sample cake designs they had previously created — no modifications, no complications — just a direct replication. And yet, they completely messed up the order. The flavour was not what we asked for, and the design looked like it was done by an amateur — far from the elegant, professional look they had showcased. For a cake that cost over ₹4,000, what we received was disappointing and embarrassing, especially after all their tall claims about "premium quality". When I reached out to them with a photo of the disaster, their response was to simply disappear. No follow-up, no apology, no ownership. They’ve ignored every call and message since — clearly trying to avoid accountability. And if you're wondering about the taste — it was as bad as the design. Completely ruined the vibe of our celebration. Please, don’t risk your special moments with this vendor. I'm also in the process of reporting their business to consumer grievance platforms like: National Consumer Helpline FSSAI (if they're operating as a food business without proper licenses) If you’ve had a similar experience, I recommend doing the same. Vendors like these need to be held accountable. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1
