I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. The service was incredibly slow—we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. When it finally arrived, the dishes were lukewarm and lacked flavor. My pasta was overcooked and bland, and my partner’s steak was undercooked despite asking for medium-well.To make matters worse, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. We had to flag someone down multiple times just to get water refills. The ambiance was nice, but unfortunately, it didn’t make up for the subpar food and service.
