Bread was over baked and burnt. Had the same issue in my previous order. only the first time the bagel was just about right.

I ordered 'Pancakes with butter & maple' & it was delivered without maple syrup & butter and when I complained to a restaurant about it they were least bothered about it. Very bad service very bad taste.
