“I have been a long-time customer of Haldiram’s, but my experience at the Eros Cinemas, Jangpura outlet has been disappointing. On my recent visit at 10:15 PM, despite the outlet being open till 11 PM, several food items were unavailable. A month ago, I had a similar issue with pre-packed sweets that were several hours old, and the staff initially refused to pack a fresh box. Haldiram’s is known for its great food and service, but such instances reflect poor management and a decline in customer experience. I urge the management to address these issues, improve staff behavior, inventory management, and food availability.
