One of the worst Haldirams outlets in the city. I am never visiting this place again. We ordered - * Special Thali * Cholle Bhature * Fresh Lime Soda Fresh lime soda was the best out of the 3. The bhaturas were refried and were soaking wet in oil. The thali was the worst out of the 3. Parathas were not properly cooked. The Dal Makhani had no flavour, Paneer was just tossed in an onion and tomato gravy. The mix veg was not properly cooked and tasted raw. Overall, a very disappointing experience! Disappointing Experience Ordered from Haldiram Sector 14 and was thoroughly disappointed. 1. The Dhokla was missing from the order, which was very frustrating. 2. Tried calling multiple times, but they did not pick up and there was no call back, showing poor customer service. 3. To make matters worse, the food was delivered without napkins or a spoon, which reflects very poor validation and attention to detail. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience.
