We went to Haldiram, but we didn’t find any parking there. The place was full of mud and very messy. The staff, especially the manager who was wearing a cap, behaved very rudely with us. They neither attended to us properly nor showed any interest, instead they kept ignoring us. There was one girl who spoke to us once, but even she did not give us proper or satisfactory responses. Actually, we had gone there to organize our child’s birthday party, but due to such poor behavior and lack of cooperation, we had to return with great disappointment. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am writing to share my recent experience at your outlet, which was highly disappointing. Today, I visited with my colleague for lunch and requested the manager’s assistance in arranging proper seating. To my surprise, the manager bluntly refused and said they would not be able to help us with seating. Such an unprofessional and indifferent attitude towards customers is unacceptable and does not align with the reputation and standards associated with the Haldiram’s brand. Haldiram’s this branch is very nice, clean and serves tasty food every time. Some of staff here is very courteous and some of it doesn’t care at all about the customers. So an area to improve. Overall nice place come with friends and family. Parking can be very difficult during day, and can be a dirty pool of water ever after a little showers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
