One Star is Too Generous – Absolutely Pathetic Experience at Haldiram This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food outlet. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere hit me like a bad decision — loud, chaotic, and completely unhygienic. It felt like a forgotten bus stand during rush hour, not a food store. The service? Believe it or not, it was even worse than the atmosphere. The staff looked like they were doing everyone a favor just by showing up. Rude, disinterested, and completely clueless. It took ages to even get someone to acknowledge that I existed, let alone take an order. As for the food quality — Everything was either stale, soggy, or suspiciously cold. Half the items on the menu were “not available,” and the rest tasted like leftovers from last week. The cherry on top? Water was literally dripping from the central AC duct right onto the seating area. I’m not sure if I was eating the food contagious or not. Absolutely disgraceful. This place is a disaster. A complete embarrassment of a brand like Haldiram. If you care about your sanity, your tastebuds, or just basic human dignity — avoid this place at all costs. Even the QR code on the tables was not working, worst service I've every came across Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
