The sweet box which i have ordered from Haldiram RaD-12, D-12A RDC, OP Tower, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201002. *They are Fraud*. Disaster. Pathetic Haldiram itself a well known one of the oldest trusted brand and customer always prefer with the same brand whom they trust.. I have ordered a Kaju Mix Sweet Box through Zomato which was looking perfect for this Diwali .On Picture it was shown as 8 different varieties sweet but it was delivered with a box of 4 sweets+ 1 mixture packet, without even reconfirmation with customer ,no update before delivering. If You can't deliver as per updated on Zomato app to a customer / unavailable as per shown in picture why have u kept it for display?? It is Fraud and Pathetic !! It's not always about Money . It's about trust for the particular restaurant or brand. You have spoiled my Diwali 2025. Will never ever recommend to anyone for Haldiram brand.
