Very bad experience at Halais Restaurant. Staff was confused while explaining the menu, and even when tables were free, we were told it was booked and forced to sit with other customers. Felt very uncomfortable. Service needs improvement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The food is good but the service is the worst one that I have experienced. The attitude of the waiters is like we are eating there for free . Very bad experience. They treat their customers like what they ordered(the value of their food). Today I purchased some of the items from the front area and ordered the tea.In the restaurant,they took the order and waited around 30minutes.They are not interested to serve the tea without food.worst disappointed experience from halais.So I quit the place.At least ur management team or one should be there.Now u are thinking about the money!!!!.
