Very Disappointing Experience – Halais Restaurant, Alappuzha The Arabian food was just average, but the service was unacceptable. One of the waiters was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially toward guests from other states. We felt deliberately ignored and poorly treated, which clearly shows discriminatory behavior. Such attitude is completely unprofessional and has no place in the hospitality industry, particularly in a tourist destination like Alappuzha. Good food means nothing when customers are treated badly. Management must take immediate action and train staff to treat every guest with basic respect and dignity.

They treat their customers like what they ordered(the value of their food). Today I purchased some of the items from the front area and ordered the tea.In the restaurant,they took the order and waited around 30minutes.They are not interested to serve the tea without food.worst disappointed experience from halais.So I quit the place.At least ur management team or one should be there.Now u are thinking about the money!!!!.
