Halais Restaurant is definitely a good spot for biriyani lovers – the biriyani here was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The Milo shake was also tasty, though a bit disappointing since half the glass was filled with ice cubes . One drawback we faced was the service. The waiters seemed a bit arrogant – they brought additional items to our table claiming we had ordered them, and even when we pointed out the mistake, they did not accept their fault. This left us with a slightly unpleasant impression. That said, if you’re going mainly for the food, especially the biriyani, it’s worth a visit. A little improvement in service would make the overall experience so much better. They treat their customers like what they ordered(the value of their food). Today I purchased some of the items from the front area and ordered the tea.In the restaurant,they took the order and waited around 30minutes.They are not interested to serve the tea without food.worst disappointed experience from halais.So I quit the place.At least ur management team or one should be there.Now u are thinking about the money!!!!.
