I visited Halais Hotel today with my friend and ordered 2 beef biriyanis, and the experience was honestly very disappointing. Food Quality – 1/5 The rice was over-boiled and mushy, making the biriyani lose all texture and flavour. Each plate had only 1 small piece of beef and 1 bone, which is unacceptable for the price they charge. The overall taste was bland and nowhere close to authentic beef biriyani. Service – 1/5 We had to wait more than 1 hour for the food, even though the restaurant was not extremely crowded. No proper updates or apologies from the staff during the wait. Value for Money – 0/5 For the quantity and quality provided, it felt like a complete waste of money. Poor portion size and extremely low meat quantity made the meal feel incomplete. Overall Experience – 1/5 Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from Halais Hotel, but this visit was a letdown. Not recommended, especially for beef biriyani lovers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Halais Restaurant is definitely a good spot for biriyani lovers – the biriyani here was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The Milo shake was also tasty, though a bit disappointing since half the glass was filled with ice cubes . One drawback we faced was the service. The waiters seemed a bit arrogant – they brought additional items to our table claiming we had ordered them, and even when we pointed out the mistake, they did not accept their fault. This left us with a slightly unpleasant impression. That said, if you’re going mainly for the food, especially the biriyani, it’s worth a visit. A little improvement in service would make the overall experience so much better. They treat their customers like what they ordered(the value of their food). Today I purchased some of the items from the front area and ordered the tea.In the restaurant,they took the order and waited around 30minutes.They are not interested to serve the tea without food.worst disappointed experience from halais.So I quit the place.At least ur management team or one should be there.Now u are thinking about the money!!!!.
