EXTREMELY DANGEROUS & IRRESPONSIBLE – FOOD POISONING EXPERIENCE We ordered food from this Hotel and this place turned out to be a serious threat to our health. Not once, but TWICE, my entire family suffered from food poisoning after consuming their food. On one occasion, we found a cockroach on the naan, and on another, the food was supposedly contaminated. Despite this, the hotel continues to serve food without any regard for basic hygiene or customer safety. This is not just a “bad experience” — this is gross negligence. Causing food poisoning to a whole family shows ZERO food safety standards, poor kitchen hygiene and complete irresponsibility from the management. No family should have to go through illness, discomfort and medical stress because of a hotel’s carelessness. Such establishments should be strictly inspected by FOOD SAFETY authorities. WARNING: Please do NOT risk your health or your family’s well-being by ordering or dining here. Management: This requires immediate action, accountability and a complete overhaul of hygiene practices. One of the worst and most unsafe food experiences we have ever faced in Coonoor. (Even one star is undeserved). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Kid-friendliness: Not advised, unhygienic food can be dangerous for kids.
