Well, I didn't feel like giving a single type of rating but doing it just to help the people who might book the hotel in future. They are actually charging more than a good 3-4 star hotel ,when they don't have the service of even one star. Room ac doesn't work, TV does not work, rooms are stinky, messy, linens are dirty and seems never washed. They are charging even for water bottles, if you ask for some service that's fore sure delayed for good half and hour, if you ask that tv ac not working thy are giving excuse that there was storm or rain due to which every things went into workst situation, so i that case they should charge less. If still some one wish to stay 1000rupees are more than enough. Even they don't have landlines. So worst hotel of my life till date Service: 1

I have never used the Hotel City Heights facility..but there is a café called 7 Café in the ground floor, which I think is a Hotel City Heights property. I am not completely sure about it, but I have been to this place (7 Café ) many times..What I like about this place is that it is neither crowded nor noisy. The food or snacks they deliver to your table are good and affordable. The interior is also nice and when you order something the food or snacks will be delivered to your table within 8/10 minutes. Yes, the reason for what I told you guys in the first line is that you will not meet many people at the same time. Their staff has always been very respectful with us.. This place has never disappointed me and my friends..I hope they don't give you a reason to complain about the snacks served on the table whenever you visit Service: 4
