The behavior of the staff was very bad. I asked for a room and how much time it would take to get it ready, then the manager said if it is so urgent then I should look somewhere else

I wouldve given a zero star if there was one ... I live in delhi due to some company work I had to come to Agra ... After being tired of whole day and after much searching I found this hotel nearby the station so I can leave early the next day... They showed me the rooms... I placed my stuff in the room and went to reception for completing checkin ... The person on reception asked for my I'd in my I'd my address is from Agra as it's my native place... Now the drama starts the receptionist said you're a local we can't give you rooms but if you give 500 extra then I'll allow you to stay... When I opposed that I've been living in delhi for the last 8 years how come I am a local ... the receptionist rudely said you better leave ... Being tied of whole day and it being 11 in night I didn't want to search for any other place... After some arguments the receptionist stated using abuses and sent a men to throw my stuff out from the room..
