Never ever order or eat food from this place!!! Specially vegetarians !!!! They give stale chicken instead of paneer and vegetables!!

Very bad experience on my first order with Hot Box.Quantity of the food mad me cry. They didn't even bother to provide an onion/chilly/lemon. Food package was not sealed. Parathas got converted to a rubber/elastic material. Delivered the food 1 hour late from the promise time. The chef of HSR branch deserve an OSCAR for making some delicious recipe. The name of the item I ordered was "Nawabi chicken masala". Audience, please never think of this. The cost is Rs 150/-. You will find 2 medium pieces + 1 tiny neck bone. There are 3 layers of gravy. 1st Layer --- Filled with tangy masala gravy. At 2nd layer you will find pieces and at the last layer you will find all the big pieces of Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, Onion and Green chillies. They don't have time to make a paste and prepare curry
