Had the Biriyani, Tandoori Chicken and Chicken 65. The service was not good, ordered the chicken biryani large and got plain biriyani - medium instead. The food was good. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. Today i planned to take away the dinner from HMR grand kitchen, i order 3empty, one chicken Manchurian, chicken 65 and 4parotta. Before delivery the food that person checked the item and handed over me the bag. Because of the trust and taken my parcel and i moved to my home. After reaching home i checked the parcel they have not given 2Empty biryani.. I shocked and called them, they simply telling me come and pick me, actually am 7Km away from the hotel..they told me to raise a small order in swiggy with that samll order they will deliver the food, in swiggy they are charging Rs. 155 for a single parotta.. They have not taken any step to deliver the food and again i booked parcel service in rapido to deliver the food and they are not ready to pay the delivery charge also... In HMR already i paid 852 Rs and again delivery charge rs. 100... Very very very very very very worst experience in HMR... Every month after my salary i will take food from this hotel to my home but today onwards i wont go HMR.. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
