I had a very bad experience at Gwalia Sweets, Motera. We placed an order for Farali Patty and waited patiently, only to realize after multiple follow-ups (at least 5-6 times) that the staff had never even communicated the order to the kitchen. No one took responsibility or apologized for the delay. The dine-in experience was frustrating – the staff seemed completely focused on fulfilling Zomato orders, while dine-in customers were left chasing them for basic service. It felt like we were being ignored entirely. One of the senior staff members casually claimed that the order was “already given,” but there was no apology or accountability. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. To top it off, the food was subpar. The Aloo Paratha was worse than what you’d get at a roadside stall. Definitely not worth the hype created by marketing. Won’t be visiting again, and wouldn’t recommend this outlet if you’re looking for decent service or quality food.

Staff way of communication with guest is ridiculous. The moment you enter you feel that you are waiter there and they are your boss. I waited in store for 20 minutes just to take a box of sweet at that time only 2 customer in entire premise. I gifted that box to some one which contains roasted nuts and dry fruits, it was having bad taste. Absolutely, Bikaner and other local store people is more kind to manage the guest and guest experience. Never recommend to visit this particular store located near motera stadium.

Today visited Gwalia with family to enjoy evening... But got very bad experience...we ordered Masala dosa , chole bhature and paneer wrap.. but there is no hygiene maintained.. we literally had House Fly in dosa chutney....it was our second experience like this where we get bad quality food. Will never visit here again and not recommend any one to go. It's very dangerous.
