I recently had lunch at Gupta Rolls and Snacks, and honestly, the experience was underwhelming. The food taste was not up to the mark, especially considering the high prices they charge. The quality and flavor didn't justify the cost, making it feel like poor value for money. I expected better for the premium pricing. Third class service alongwith a combo of arrogant staffs. Received different item than what I have ordered and did the mistake of paying them prior to service. Neither exchanged the food nor did they refund the amount. Also, the snacks are costly as compared to other similar food corners in Ranchi and even metropolitan cities. Advice- Never prepay to them and also make double sure the item u have ordered. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
