Disappointing Experience: Avoid Ordering Online I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Gupta Ji Malae Chaap Wale. Despite the hype surrounding their food, my encounter was far from satisfying. I placed an online order, expecting the same quality and service that their physical customers receive. However, my experience was marred by delays and uncooked food. The most frustrating aspect of my interaction with Gupta Ji Malae Chaap Wale was their blatant preference for in-store customers. It became evident that they prioritize those physically present at their shop, leaving online orders in the lurch. My order was significantly delayed, and when it finally arrived, the food was undercooked and barely edible. Ordering online is supposed to be a convenient and efficient way to enjoy a restaurant's offerings. Unfortunately, this was far from the case with Gupta Ji Malae Chaap Wale. The lack of attention to online orders and the disregard for customer satisfaction were both disheartening and infuriating. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Gupta Ji Malae Chaap Wale to anyone who values their time and money. The experience was not only a waste of both but also left me with an empty stomach and a bitter taste in my mouth.
