Restaurant in Chandigarh

Indian cuisine is a must-order one at this restaurant. You will be served nicely cooked paneer, soup and chaat. The positive aspect of Gulab Sweets is that the staff is competent. If you want to enjoy fine service, you should visit this place. Many guests think that the dishes are offered for fair prices. People appreciate the charming ambiance at this spot, they want to come here again and again. But facebook users' reviews don't give this restaurant a high rating.

BAD!!! ????????

I wanted to finish this review with the above one word itself but I thought y not to throw some light ???? over this hopeless dark place! We got moti choor laddhu's, they were awful. Gulabjamuns were too sweet and their chowmein was good to taste but after effects were bad- Got an upset stomach with a bad ache.

Prices are at par with Gopal's but standard wise ????

You guys need a changeover, takeover or simply just a glimpse of realisation of where you stand amongst the others. Thnks! ????

The worst sweet shop in the entire tricity.
Never everrr go to this restaurent for buying anything.
They sell 3-4 days old sweets with no packaging date, and it seems like strands of hair is their USP in every product they sell.
Tasted their Gol-gappas today and the experience was sooo bad, won't even think of going there again in my dreams PLUS the manager was so rude, not ready to serve the customers, he should be sacked of his job.
They proved today that GOPALs IS GOPALs AND THEY ARE NO WHERE NEAR ANY REPUTED SWEET SHOP OF THE TRICITY....

*Humble request to Zomato to add a rating of ZERO here..*

Well, my review is for Gulab, the restaurant where there was a lot on menu & had newly opened.
.
.
On our return from college and our urge to try this current hyped place, we decided to try their restaurant.
The seating was in basement, which was dark and damp. No one bothered to attend us and of course we weren't served water either. Many minutes later, on instant calling, a guy shows up and takes our order for Aloo Tikki, Raj Kachori, Masala Dosa, Dal Makhani with Lachcha Parantha, Noodles and Spring Rolls.

We waited for half hour for our order to arrive. Neither of Chaat were served earlier. And all the attendants were seem nowhere in the hall.
.
.
After waiting for some more minutes, we received our whole order. Now, the taste was supposedly to be good, but Alas! It tasted pretty bad. All of us left the dishes unfinished( since we were famished, we ate some until we realised the taste!)
.
.
To sum up, bad service, sad food and not visiting again promise.
.
.
Best Wishes, Cheers!
