Food quality is good. But service is very slow. Always very rushed. They are not able to handle it. Many customers were dissatisfied and they were having hot discussions with staff on slow service and billing . Avoid going on weekends. Live music is there. Wallet parking is available. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely Disgusting – Found a Cockroach in the Food! This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We were shocked and disgusted to find a cockroach in our food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, they seemed careless and didn’t even apologize properly. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to downplay the issue. A place that serves food with insects in it clearly does not meet basic hygiene standards. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant. Health and safety should be a priority — and clearly, it isn’t here

Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Valet, Parking is unavailable Parking: I, Akshay Sagar, am submitting this formal complaint against Greenfield Family Restobar, located on Sinhagad Road, Pune. On 02/05/2025, I visited the restaurant with my family to celebrate an anniversary. After parking my car in the hotel’s parking area, as I was heading towards the hotel entrance, the valet driver approached me. He informed me that I should hand over my car key to him, stating that all car keys are kept securely with the valet and that he would park my vehicle properly. Trusting his assurance, I handed over the key. However, after dinner, when I retrieved my vehicle, I discovered that my iPhone charger and adapter, worth approximately ₹3,800, were missing from the car. I immediately informed the hotel staff and the manager, but they outright denied responsibility, stating that safeguarding items inside the vehicle was not their obligation. Upon further observation and inquiry, I found that the valet driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Shockingly, the valet had also driven and parked my car outside the hotel premises, in an unsecured public area — without my knowledge or consent. This is not only a gross violation of customer trust, but also raises serious safety and legal concerns regarding drunk driving and negligent service. Since the vehicle and keys were in the hotel’s custody during this time, they are directly liable for any loss or damage that occurred. Their staff’s actions reflect gross negligence and a complete breach of duty of care. This incident has caused me not only a financial loss of ₹3,800 but also considerable inconvenience and emotional distress. Moreover, allowing a valet to operate under the influence of alcohol poses a risk to public safety and must be investigated seriously. I request your kind intervention and strict action in this matter. I also request that the hotel be instructed to provide CCTV footage from the parking area and reception covering the period between 8:50 PM and 11:20 PM on 02/05/2025. Even though we told the hotel owner that their hotel staff stole the charger from our car, the hotel owner did not take any action, so all this responsibility lies with the hotel owner, but the hotel owner is not responding properly.Please be careful all customers other visits this hotel.
